Harnessing Your Thoughts for Powerful Change
When you "harness" (better word than control) the power of your thoughts, WITHOUT A DOUBT, I believe you can create a life with less suffering, comparing, sadness, struggle, guilt, shame and insecurity. You can create anything, from tangible things to the unseen, and untouchable things.. I know this to be true. It takes consistency and repetition, to flip the switch to focused awareness at all times, not just sporadically. An ability to Identify how you feel at any moment, the preceding thoughts, then, mindfully and skillfully, reprogram that thought, to change your life. It may not feel easy but it is possible. With that same thought process you can create goals, do what is necessary to achieve them and support yourself with the inner strength to stay on track.
